A:

We hire drivers with their Class A CDL with tractor trailer experience.

A:

Pay is variable based on both your experience level and performance. OTR and Regional drivers are paid on a per-mile basis according to verifiable experience. On top of our competitive hourly and per-mile rates, we also offer generous sign-on bonuses, safety bonuses, referral bonuses, layover pay, and so much more.

A:

We want you home as much as you want to be home. Our local fleet based out of Carthage, Missouri is home daily. With our main terminal in SW MO, D&D trucks service many regions of the United States. Should you live in one of our regular lanes of service, there is potential for you to drive for D&D using your home as a base. If you are curious about this possibility, Contact us.

If you live outside of our 100 mile radius of our Carthage terminal, you are welcome to bring our company truck home.
